How long will it take for my item to arrive?  Vasen will normally dispatch your order within 2 – 3 working days. We use Royal Mail or courier ‘tracked’ to deliver the items ordered from us.

How much does delivery cost?  Delivery is FREE for the UK mainland.  For Orkney, Shetlands, Western Isles, Guernsey, Jersey, Sark and outside UK please contact us by link at the bottom of this page for a guide price.

You will be sent an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

All our items are custom made.  Please see our Terms & Conditions.  If you decide to cancel and return the goods, then you should put your request in writing, either by letter or email. A telephone call is not sufficient.  We will try our very best to resolve your problem.  Please note when returning items the customer pays the return postage if we accept in writing to agree to a return.

The time limit to notify us is 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received.

You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.

If your item is to be returned within this time limit your payment will be refunded within 30 days by the original means of payment. The cost of postage back to Vasen will be borne by you and will not be paid by Vasen.

Returning an item

As all our items are custom made (personalised) they are therefore exempt from usual return policies without our express written consent.

In the event of a return all items must be adequately sealed in all the original packaging, including the outer. Please note that Royal Mail or other courier may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. All information regarding your purchase would have been sent to the email address you supplied whilst placing your order, this includes our address for returns. If using an address label please attach securely to the package. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)

Please note – if you require an exchange, outbound shipping charges will apply. Please check your goods (including the parcel outer) on arrival as damages must be notified within 24 hours.

We will resolve any issues quickly, customer satisfaction is very important to us.


Vasen will use all reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production.  If the order has not yet started the production process, you will only be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover the cost of processing the order along with Paypal merchant fees on the charge & the refund.

Please note that if your item has already begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order.


Please fully examine your package outer on delivery.  You may at this stage wish to refuse delivery if the exterior appears damaged.

It is unlikely the contents would be damaged if the outer packaging is in good order and therefore would not qualify for an insurance claim. Any transport damage to the package or contents must be immediately reported to us.

Where a trademark or brand name is referred to it is used solely to describe or identify the products and services and is in no way an assertion that such products or services are endorsed by or connected to Vasen.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vasen, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this website or your breach of the Terms of Sale and Service.
Vasen shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any and all times and without notice to amend, remove or vary the services and/or any page of this website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Sale and Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Vasen. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Sale and Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Vasen.
