Delivery

How long will it take for my item to arrive?  Vasen will normally dispatch your order within 2 – 3 working days. We use Royal Mail or courier ‘tracked’ to deliver the items ordered from us.

How much does delivery cost?  Delivery is FREE for the UK mainland.  For Orkney, Shetlands, Western Isles, Guernsey, Jersey, Sark and outside UK please click here for a guide price.

You will be sent an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

All our items are custom made.  Please see our Terms & Conditions.  If you decide to cancel and return the goods, then you should put your request in writing, either by letter or email. A telephone call is not sufficient.  We will try our very best to resolve your problem.  Please note when returning items the customer pays the return postage if we accept in writing to agree to a return.

The time limit to notify us is 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received.

You must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.

If your item is to be returned within this time limit your payment will be refunded within 30 days by the original means of payment. The cost of postage back to Vasen will be borne by you and will not be paid by Vasen.

Returning an item

As all our items are custom made (personalised) they are therefore exempt from usual return policies without our express written consent.

In the event of a return all items must be adequately sealed in all the original packaging, including the outer. Please note that Royal Mail or other courier may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. All information regarding your purchase would have been sent to the email address you supplied whilst placing your order, this includes our address for returns. If using an address label please attach securely to the package. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)

Please note – if you require an exchange, outbound shipping charges will apply. Please check your goods (including the parcel outer) on arrival as damages must be notified within 24 hours.
